Our company produces and distributes Coca-Cola product to more than 400,000 outlets through more than 120 points of sale.




Business Development Representative
Report directly to the Sales Manager, in your capacity as the Business Development Representative, you will be in charge for executing activities to drive profitable sales growth within area of responsibility. And you will be consequently responsible for to the following functions:

* Setting and communicating sales volume & NSR target
* Identifying profitable source of volume
* Maintaining business relationship with key customers within area of responsibility
* Leading BDR team to ensure correct execution of BDR roles through regular market visit and route riding
* Providing feedback to BDR team on market opportunities
* Ensuring compliance with relevant company rules and regulations (e.g. credit, OHS, fleet)
* Developing the existing outlets and Expanding business by opening new outlet
* Coaching BDR team to improve capability
* Evaluating BDR performance to identify development opportunities

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

* Having minimum Diploma Degree (D3 of any discipline) with at least 1 years of relevant experience would be advantage,
* Good communication skill and advanced in analysis
* Target achievement oriented and able to work in a team,
* Good initiative and able to capture marketing opportunities, strong leadership, discipline
* Fast & able to work under tight deadlines and reach expected result


Credit Admin (Temporary)
In your capacity as the Credit Admin, you will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

* Monitoring overdue balance and coordinating with WHM in mapping credit and it’s followed up.
* Ensuring the credit are collectible and early alert for overdue and potential un collectible accounts
* Confirming to outlet which potential to be overdue, for both by phone and or visits
* Reviewing credit limit proposals (feasibility, volume potency, risks and collateral, TOP and administrative review flow).
* Providing AR Reporting for management General Trade and AR exception report
* Following up the credit exception with Sales Manager and Credit Mgr.
* Giving advice to Sales Manager for credit issues and action to be taken.

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

* Having Min. Diploma Degree (D3) of any discipline
* Having 2 years working experience, in credit management will be advantage
* Willing to work temporary for 6 months
* Advanced skills in Computer literate, basis system and data analysis
* Good integrity, assertive, independent and able to follow company rule
* Good communication skill & Interpersonal Skill
* Independent, discipline, fast & able to work under tight deadlines
* Preferable to have driving licensed (SIM A)
