EHS and SR Associate (ESR - B08)
Responsibilities:
• Realizing the importance to survive in the business competition and to meet the worldwide demands, we need enthusiastic engineers to monitor and developed ASTRA Group's performance in the field of Environment, Health, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility (EHS & SR).

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with min GPA 3.00.
• Highly interest working in Environment, Health, Safety & Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) field.
• Having sharp analytical skill, dynamic personality, and excellent team player.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skill.

MT After Sales (MT.AS - B08)
Responsibilities:
• Realizing the importance of after sales services, we need enthusiastic engineers with customer orientation to improve and develop our workshop performance. You will be responsible for supporting and developing our workshop business system.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Major with min GPA 3,00.
• Ready for a placement throughout Indonesia.

MT Marketing (MT.MKT - B08)
Responsibilities:
• As a key player in automotive industry, we need dynamic and outstanding individuals to lead the team in achieving optimum performance in marketing field. You will be prepared and trained to be our Sales Supervisor, your career to be our future Branch Manager.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Any Major with min GPA 2,80, high interest in Marketing and ready for a placement throughout Indonesia.
• Actively involved in organizational experiences.
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill.

MT Human Resources (MT.HR - B08)
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible in the area of HR Operation and HR System to optimize the organization's effectiveness.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Psychology or Law Major with min GPA 3,00.
• Having 1 or 2 years experiences will be an advantage.
• Actively involved in organizational activities.

MT Industrial Relation (MT.IR - B08)
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible in handling Legal Law Compliance and Termination Management and also maintaining Employee Relationship.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Law Major with min GPA 2,80.
• Must be proficient in English (written active speaking), excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skill.

Supervisor Project Improvement (SPI - B08)
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible in handling and controlling Improvement and Innovations.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Any Major with min GPA 2,80.
• Having experience in handling Improvement/Innovation min. 1 year, strong analytical thinking and problem solving method, get used in doing transfer knowledge/coaching.
• Have good teamwork and excellent communication skill.

General Affair Staff (GA - B08)
Responsibilities:
• Your main responsibility is to coordinating, monitoring and also developing operational activities in General Affair, especially projects in Head Office and branches.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Architect or Civil Engineering. Actively involve in organizational activities.
• Candidate must have an excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.

MT Parts Sales (MT.PA - B08)
Responsibilities:
• As a key player in automotive industry, we need dynamic and outstanding individuals with marketing interest to lead the team in achieving optimum performance of our automotive parts distribution. You will be prepared and trained to be our part sales head.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering min GPA 3.00
• Ready for a placement throughout Indonesia.

Audit Staff (AUD - B08)
Responsibilities:
• As an Audit Staff, you will be responsible to make audit financial report, cash flow management, taxation, business process, systems and procedures. Also ensure that all business process are conducted according to Astra's standard.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Accountancy or Management with min. GPA 3.00.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Have conceptual and systematic thinking and fast learner.
• Have interpersonal & communication skill

Accounting Staff (ACC - B08)
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Accounting with min GPA 3.00.
• Mastering accounting principles is a must.

MT Finance (MT.FA - B08)
Responsibilities:
• Your main responsibility is to handle finance & administration operations, manage personnel and general affair issues and play a supportive function as a partner for sales, service and parts head in our branches. You will monitor and control the whole finance and administration process.

Requirements:
• S1 degree from Accounting / Finance / Administration with min GPA 3.00, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia.
