Marketing Team Leader (Jakarta, Sumatera, Bali)
Responsibilities:
To acquire New to Bank customers for the Bank and represent Rabobank in dealing with premium segment customers and ensure the productivity level of the team.
Requirements:
* Hold minimum a bachelor degree from reputable university
* Has at least 3 years working experience in managing team especially sales team, preferably in banking institution
* Good leadership style
* Pleasant personality and able to manage a good relationship
* Able to use Microsoft office application
* Posses excellent communication in English with good presentation skills (other foreign language will be a plus factor)
* Good integrity with professional attitude
Relationship Officer (Jawa, Sumatera, Bali, Pontianak)
Responsibilities:
Acquiring new Lending customers, developing and maintaining customers relationship
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree from any discipline with min GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
* Experienced in the same field in banking minimum 2 years
* Have a strong communication & interpersonal skill
* Fluent in English or other foreign language (mandarin is a plus)
Consumer Banking Officer (Jawa, Sumatera, Bali, Pontianak)
Responsibilities:
Acquiring new Funding customers, developing and maintaining customers relationship
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree from any discipline with min GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
* Experienced in the same field in banking minimum 2 years
* Have a strong communication & interpersonal skill
* Fluent in English or other foreign language (mandarin is a plus)
Branch Manager (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
As Branch Manager you are responsible to acquire New Banking customers in order to contribute to the growing consumer banking business. Represent Rabobank in dealing with banking segment customers, and ensure the productivity level in the team. Enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Female or Male,
* S1 / S2 from any reputable university
* Ability to speak foreign language (English or Mandarin is advantage for North and West Area)
* Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Min. 3 years experience in banking industry as a Branch Manager & has customer base for lending and funding
* Have a strong marketing, strong leadership & excellent interpersonal relationship skill
* Have The ability to undertake heavy workload (responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the branch)
